These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of findthestillpoint.com (the “Site”) and any related content, digital products, downloads, and services provided by StillPoint (“StillPoint,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including ebooks and any related materials (collectively, the “Materials” or “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing/downloading any Materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1) Adults Only (18+)

The Site and Materials are intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using the Site or purchasing/download any Materials, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly permit minors to use the Site or purchase Materials. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.

2) Educational / Informational / Entertainment Purposes Only (No Advice)

All Materials are provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Site or in the Materials constitutes, or is intended to constitute:

  • medical advice,
  • mental health advice,
  • psychological or psychiatric advice,
  • therapeutic advice,
  • legal advice,
  • or any other professional advice.

StillPoint and the authors are not providing professional services and do not establish any doctor–patient, therapist–client, lawyer–client, or other professional relationship.

3) Legal Compliance and No Encouragement of Illegal Activity

Psychedelic substances and related practices may be illegal or restricted in your jurisdiction.

StillPoint does not encourage, promote, or condone the illegal possession, use, distribution, manufacture, or procurement of any controlled substance. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in the Site or Materials is intended to help anyone evade law enforcement, regulatory oversight, or legal compliance.

4) Assumption of Risk

You understand that altered-state practices (including but not limited to breathwork, fasting, dietary changes, somatic practices, meditation, and any psychedelic-related activity) may involve psychological and physiological risks, including distress, anxiety, panic, trauma activation, or other adverse effects.

By using the Site and Materials, you voluntarily assume full responsibility and all risks for your decisions, actions, and outcomes, including any adverse effects.

If you experience distress, dysregulation, or worsening symptoms, stop immediately and seek qualified support. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or others, contact emergency services in your area immediately.

5) Not a Substitute for Professional Care

The Site and Materials are not a substitute for professional evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals regarding health and mental health decisions, medications, and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

Never start, stop, or change prescription medications without supervision from your prescribing provider.

6) No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, benefits, results, safety, legality, suitability, or improvements of any kind. Individual experiences vary. Any examples, stories, or testimonials are illustrative only and are not promises of specific results.

7) Purchases, Billing, and Digital Delivery

Payments. By purchasing a product from StillPoint, you authorize us and/or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes.

Accurate information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information, and to promptly update it if it changes.

Digital delivery. Our products are delivered digitally (e.g., instant download, email link, or access portal). Once access is delivered, the product is considered “used” for return purposes.

Responsibility for access. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used at checkout and ensuring your devices can access the Materials.

Failed or reversed payments. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or terminate access until payment is successfully completed.

8) Refund Policy (Case-by-Case; 24-Hour Request Window)

Because our products are delivered digitally and access may be provided immediately, all sales are generally final. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if you email us within 24 hours of purchase.

To request review, email findthestillpoint@gmail.com within 24 hours and include:

  • the email address used at checkout,
  • proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID), and
  • a brief explanation of the issue.

Refund decisions are at our sole discretion. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We may deny requests made after the 24-hour window, or where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or unauthorized distribution.

Non-delivery / technical issues. If you cannot access your purchase due to a technical issue, contact us right away. We will attempt to resolve access issues first; if we cannot reasonably deliver access, we may issue a refund.

9) Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

Support-first policy. If you have a billing issue, believe you were charged in error, or cannot access your purchase, you agree to contact us first at findthestillpoint@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Chargebacks and disputes. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and providing a reasonable opportunity to help may result in:

  • immediate loss of access to the purchased product(s) and any bonuses,
  • refusal of future purchases, and
  • our submission of documentation to the payment provider or bank to contest the dispute (including proof of delivery/access, communications, and these Terms).

Refund review may be denied if we have reason to believe the Materials have been copied, uploaded, shared, or redistributed in violation of these Terms.

10) Intellectual Property and License (No Sharing)

All content on the Site and in the Materials—including text, downloads, templates, graphics, audio/video, and branding—is owned by or licensed to StillPoint and is protected by intellectual property laws.

When you purchase or download Materials, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Materials,
  • share the Materials with others (including via Google Drive/Dropbox, file-sharing sites, forums, or social media),
  • upload the Materials to any public or private repository accessible by others,
  • modify, translate, or create derivative works for distribution,
  • remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Enforcement. We may terminate access, refuse future service, and pursue available remedies if we detect unauthorized distribution.

Anti-piracy measures. We may use reasonable methods (including watermarking, unique links, and platform logs) to protect our intellectual property and investigate unauthorized sharing.

11) User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or Materials to:

  • violate any law or regulation,
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights,
  • distribute malware, spam, or harmful content,
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or systems,
  • interfere with Site security or functionality,
  • harass, threaten, or abuse others.

We may restrict or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

12) Testimonials, Reviews, and User Content

If you submit a testimonial, review, feedback, or other content to us (including via forms, email, or messaging), you grant StillPoint a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify (for length/clarity), publish, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Please do not include sensitive health details in testimonials or submissions.

13) Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

14) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use personal information.

15) Disclaimers

THE SITE AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site or Materials will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

16) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, StillPoint AND ITS AUTHORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR MATERIALS.

This includes, without limitation, damages for personal injury, emotional distress, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

17) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StillPoint from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Site or Materials,
  • your violation of these Terms,
  • your violation of any law or the rights of any third party,
  • any content you submit to us.

18) Copyright Complaints (DMCA-Style Notice)

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email findthestillpoint@gmail.com with:

  • your name and contact information,
  • identification of the copyrighted work,
  • the URL or description of the allegedly infringing material,
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized,
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate, and
  • your signature (typed is acceptable).

We will respond consistent with applicable law.

19) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, hosting failures, payment processor issues, acts of nature, war, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other events outside our control.

20) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

21) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the Site, or the Materials will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
